As with a lot of other maintained Enchantment spells, this isnt worth the -1 pip of Energy.

"The Blessings of Balthazar" starter quest from Brother Mhenlo in Ashford Abbey (Pre-Searing) or bought from Sir Bertran in Ascalon City.

It can deal more damage to an enemy than you get from him! I have a very lovely picture where retribution nearly deals twice the damage I deal! Sorry, thrice the damage!

Meh, sometimes i stack it with holy wrath and run around arena naked healing myself. the 99% damage return really beats down most people to around 50% health before they switch target. Of course, if your focused, youll get them all down to about 3/4 each. Only worth it for a laugh -.-
